they all look nasty but number 6 is what i would eat the roasted potatoes and rosemary but if i were you i would eat before you get there and just get a dessert or something coffee or a drink
You are correct it is Italian. The second to last item under the “Secondi” section is your chicken “pollo alla diavola” or the Devil’s chicken, it is a herbed/spicy chicken. A Tuscan classic. Hope that helps.
I don’t speak Italian, but being a foodie, I understand some of the wording.
Salumi is appetizers.
prosciutto is an italian bacon
mortadella and assaiggo are cheeses
For the Antipasti, I suggest you take the first one – it’s a salad, the others look like they could be a little messy.
For the main course, it doesn’t look like they have chicken, I would suggest either the swordfish, sea bass, or lamb and take the roasted potatoes and rosemary – they are always very delicious.
If you don’t like fish or lamb, then try the sirloin.
Formaggi also refers to cheese – I think Italian restaurants have a cheese (and possibly cracker) option for dessert instead of sweets.
It looks like that to me, they seem to be all cheese names.

Salumi are different types of cured meats or salami. Skip them or ask for a recommendation.
Antipasti: appetizers. Translated to the right in english. The salad looks nice if you aren’t adventurous.
Primi- Pasta course. Italians usually eat a small amount of pasta as a first course.. They are translated into english. Pecorino and pepper is nice. Cheese and pepper. The Guaniciale is a pork product the pasta that has it with egg and pepper is similar to pasta carbonara or bacon and egg pasta. Yummy.
Secondi is your main course. Also translated to the right except for the specials. Pollo Diavolo is chicken in a spicy tomato sauce. Fritto Misto is lightly battered and fried stuff usually veggies. The lamb chops or other dishes all look nice.
Europeans usually end with a cheese course and that is what Fromaggi is describing. Different cheeses.
Don’t be intimidated feel free to ask your waiter for a recomendation and tell them if there is something you don’t like to eat. Try something new.

Well, I’d love to go to this restaurant….The menu looks wonderful.
Personally, I’d love to have the appetizer of Mortadella (really it’s like glorified bologna, but…I love it).
I know you don’t want spaghetti, but that bucatini alla matriciana looks tempting, and that is such a traditional italian dish. If I could, I’d get that, followed by a nice steak, or a salad, depending on the hunger, but then again, I don’t care if I eat messy tomato sauce.
BUT…BUT…for YOU, my first choice is that lamb with frascati and potatoes. (abbachio alla cacciatora)WOW. Anyone would look good eating THAT! lol. Order it, and please comment later and let me know if you loved it.
You asked where the chicken was…I see pollo a la diavola, hand written in there..mmm…spicy chicken. Could be messy though.
